What is Paleo Diet
Paleo goes back in time like (literally) and maintains that you eat the food that cavemen ate in their times. That is anything which is high protein, high fibre and unprocessed.
So does it mean the caveman ate brownies in their times? LOL! Nope! What it means is that we use products in the most natural form (possibly those available in the cave times) and we combine it with modern science and innovation and create Paleo inspired products.
While the diet itself has many rules of elimination - we aim to make products within the paleo purview with an aim to encourage healthy and natural eating without boxing you in a diet universe.
Our aim is to lead you towards a clean eating lifestyle by providing you with delicious treats made with natural and caveman approved ingredients!
What is Ghee
Ghee is a type of clarified butter that free of casein and lactose - the 2 main causes of intolerances for those who dont do well with Dairy.
Asians have used it as a part of their cooking for almost 8000 years. Ghee is an excellent source of fat, has a high nutritional value and comes with a high smoke point too which makes it suitable for baking.
Its a powerhouse of nutrition, its great for your skin and hair, has an excellent earthy nutty flavour, subs in butter in most cases, has a long shelf life and medicinal value which basically makes it a star ingredient and aligns perfectly well with our values
Do you offer customization by swapping ingredients in your products
We understand that not all the ingredients we use are agreeable to everyone. We get constant requests to swap out certain ingredients for others. While we cannot accomodate all requests as it is not economical, we do accomodate some requests from time to time. Please write to us on info@konsciouskitchen.com with your request and we will get back to you.

How can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Just write to us or call us about your order and we will cancel it for you
What if I receive the wrong product?
Although we strive to meticulously check and pack your orders, occasional errors may occur. Should such an instance arise, please inform us, and we will promptly issue a refund for any products mistakenly received.
What happens if my products are damaged? eg: smudged icing, broken cookies etc.
We understand that our products are fragile and can be damaged due to poor handling during shipping. While we ensure that we take utmost care while packaging your products we cannot be held responsible for damages during transit.
